This game is perfectly virus-free.
Please note that there MIGHT BE GLITCHES. Because we hurried to get it out before Christmas and because pressure is very tough. So don't panic when you see a glitch during a random chase or something, reset the game and start over and you should be fine. :) DONT SAVE OVER A GLITCH OR YOU LL LOSE YOUR SAVEFILE.
Neo (bless him and his programming skills) has created a system of password that can't be cracked or redistributed. It consists in this:
_Each time you want to make a new game, the game gives you a code of 8 numbers, and asks you for a password in return.
_To get that password, you must run and read the "terms and conditions".exe (application) file that comes with the game. DO NOT CLOSE THE GAME WHILE DOING SO.
_Enter the code the game gave you and you will get the password (8 numbers again) _Type the password in the game and if it is correct, you'll start a new game smoothly. Now the system of generated passwords is RANDOM, which means you can't redistribute your code and password since they only work once. C:

IN CASE YOUR CODE DOESNT WORK: You should close everything and start again with a new code. The process's been tested and it's working, the fault can't come from it. It's most likely that you either didn't input it well or closed the game during the process.
Sadly we have seen in the comments to the previous post that a lot of you still do not understand the (very simple) logic behind the download shutdown.
Or some of you trying to convince or even threaten us.
Now let's clear things up about the threats:
This is NOT a negociation.
We do not OWE you anything. And nor can you FORCE us to do anything.
Neither do you have any right to threaten us to do so.
And some people trying to demonstrate their logic compared it to real-life economics.
One person who shall not be named even sent us a message offering to BUY the game for real money.
No, it's not. It's about a free-to-play indie game and trying to 'buy' anything isn't going to work.
We are not making this for profit or money.
However, let us explain one more time using a simple metaphor.
Imagine someone made a cake for a lot of people and let them eat freely under the condition they eat without making a mess and behaving at dinner.
Yet a lot of people do not behave, eat with fingers, stain the table and so on.
_leave the cake on the table and let the mess become messier as more and more people start eating?
_take the cake off the table until the table is cleaned and people learn how to not eat like pigs, use spoons and towels?
It is as simple as that. Too many rules broken = links down. An equal equation, nothing more and nothing less.
Now with all that said, some happier news!
We stated the conditions for the downloads to be back up, and it seems that users did make efforts to take down the reposted materials.

Thus we are considering putting the downloads back up somewhere in April/May 2013.
Only the v17_1 will be reuploaded since the other versions were uncomplete and bugged and might cause problems to your computers.
We will reupload it after modifying it a bit, fixing some of its flaws and adding a new script.
That new script will work as following, to sum it up:
Whenever trying to steal a 3D CG scene via screenprinting, your game will automatically quit playing, warn you about the rules of non-repost and send you back to the title screen without saving. You will lose all of the progress you made.
And this is not new at all, but have at last a quick reminding of what is allowed or not allowed to do:
_Reposting "normal" game screenshots, from cutscenes with text, walking around or in battle: YES.
_Making video walkthroughs, 'Let's Plays' and the like to post on the net: YES.
_Ripping, Extracting, Taking away, Redistributing or Reposting any other materials from the game, such as characters graphics and icons, 3D scenes pictures, audio tracks, or encoded data etc...: NO.
_Redistributing the game by any other means than the regular download: NO
_Opening the game project in RPG MAKER, copying it or modifying it: NO.
_Making money and/or any other kind of profit through the use or distribution or video-streaming of this game: NO.
(note: this rule especially applies to Youtubers who make money out of their videos. Everyone can play, but please do not use videos made with this game to make money or advertising.)
_Always give credit to Tomoyoshi, the original japanese HetaOni creator. For the specific english playable version, credit Neo-Kyno & Pianodream. For the english TRANSLATION, credit SotetAG & Pianodream (for revising and adapting to game format).
Downloads for all the game's versions have been shut down until further notice.
The cause to this is the constant and repeated disrespect of the rules of use by users from the tumblr and DeviantArt sites.
Against the explicit rule of "no reposting or reprint of any kind of the 3D MMD images used in the game", the multiple abuses commited by the players led to this decision. No reuploading date is known and that is until users will learn to behave.

With that said, no decision has been made about a possible reupload, and it is of no use to ask directly. Only once the users corrected their attitude will a reaupload be considered.
The solution has been updated to fix the v15.0 and the rough-coding of the 17.1 chapters is done.
Debugging is about 75% done and the release is planned for after October 6th.
Two main reasons.
_Chapter 16 and 17 part 1 are almost nothing but custscenes.
_Neo has resumed school since two weeks, so I can't really ask help from him anymore about the coding.
When will the final version (17.1) be released?
Well I don't know. I'm coding halfway through chapter 16 part 2 and I'm far from having finished anything. We lack musics, a few facesets, and I have to create CGs for numerous scenes. Nothing has been debugged either. And as I just said, I am now alone to do everything...
So... DONT ASK WHEN THIS IS COMING OUT. CAUSE I CANT TELL.
Otherwise, coding is progressing. Slowly but surely. I won't tell at which scene I am exactly, no spoilers for you. Muahaha.
But I can already tell I'm becoming more and more tense as the ned of the game draws near. I'm excited and crying in the same time.

Pianodream here, to say that I've resumed coding HetaOni, and we're now almost halfway through chapter 16. Bugs are numerous, crashes too.
I also updated the image gallery withnew hilarious bugs.
Don't expect any estimation of a possible release because we're not even done with global encoding yet.
Neo is enjoying the last of his holidays and I am enjoying resuming work after three weeks of lazyness and two tables flipped.

So, as we found out RPG Maker VXhad a limit for exportable game data volume, so we had to make a new installator for our game, in the same time some bugs were corrected, and thus the 9.1.0b has born!
